Steak Marinade

Here is the recipe for my steak marinade. Sorry it took me more days than I thought to get it posted. Things have been a little bus around our house.

Camille’s Steak Marinade

½ c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp dry mustard
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish big enough to hold the steak you are going to marinade. Put the steak in the dish, press it down into the marinade, turn press down again, and turn one more time. Let set in the fridge for no less than 3-4 hours. It can be let to marinade over night. Grill or broil to desired wellness and enjoy!

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. luke warm water
1/3 c ketchup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and put in a pan (I use my bread loaf pan). Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Dig in!

Simple Yet Yummy Brownies

To get the ball rolling on this thing we will start with something simple. These are very simple to make since I do not make the brownie mix from scratch. I have no qualms about not making everything from scratch since there are so many products out there to help make life easier and yummy at the same time. Here it goes:

1 box of your favorite brownie mix (now not one that has other goodies in it since we will add our own, just simple yummy brownie mix).
1/3 cup chopped pecans (you can chop fine or coarse or some where between depending on your preference)
1/2 package Heath Toffee Chips

Mix brownies as directed on the box. Then add the pecans and toffee chips and mix until well combined. Bake as directed on the box. The mix I use is at 350 for 28 minutes. I find that for my elevation and climate this make for the perfect gooiness of a brownie. Enjoy!
